At British Goggles4U, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your new eyeglasses, please get in touch with us so we can resolve the issue.
- Manufacturer’s defect:
If there is a manufacturer’s defect, such as a frame that breaks due to a weak solder joint or breaks during transit, we will offer you a replacement as we stand behind our products.
- Prescription issue:
If the prescription is clearly wrong due to an error in measurement or fabrication, we will take complete responsibility and replace your glasses immediately.
- Not satisfied with glasses:
If you’re unhappy with your glasses for any reason within 15 days of receiving them, and the prescription is satisfactory, we offer a store credit for a one-time exchange.
- Damaged merchandise:
If the received merchandise is damaged within 15 days of receipt, please contact us to resolve the issue.
- Designer frames return:
For designer frames, a restocking fee of £30.00 per frame will be charged in addition to partial or full refund.
- Designer pair prescription or quality issues:
If your designer pair has prescription or quality issues, we are ready to re-do your pair once the verification process is completed.
- Eligible for full refund:
You can ask for a full refund in case of a prescription issue, damaged pair received, lost in transit, or if the ordered goods were not as per your order.
- Partial refund:
A partial refund will be half the price of the lenses plus the full frames price, excluding the discounts availed and shipping you paid. The pair should be returned to be eligible for a partial refund.
- Frames only:
We offer frames only, which will be sold at non-promotional prices, with no return and no refund basis.
All issues need to be reported within 15 days of receipt. All claims after 15 days will not be entertained. We might require a scanned copy of your original prescription or a few pictures of the frames for verification and our records. In case of exchange, partial, or full refund, the customer is responsible for the return shipment. Designer pairs follow different policies compared to regular ones. Conditions apply to glasses purchased in promotions. If ordered in BG4U promo, the cost of the free pair will be deducted from the amount to be compensated.
